Welcome to the Seattle-Sinner. The Sinner
is filled with words. Words have meanings. When you define your words,
you define your intent.
"Violent":
Acting with or marked by or resulting from great force or energy
or emotional intensity;
Effected by force or injury rather than natural causes;
Intensely vivid or loud;
Example: "When government officers act with disregard for, or in opposition
to, the provisions of our Constitution, they commit violence against our
government and the rights of our Citizens."
H.R. 1955: Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention
Act of 2007

The act expands federal powers in the states. This act categorically
defines our protected political activities as "violent domestic terrorism".
A conversation with a reader:
Dear Henry,
The Congress is passing a new law that calls us "violent domestic
terrorists". What should we do? What if we are arrested?

Hi K.,
A quotation came to mind which I think states our daily
guide in jousts with adverse personalities, comments and events.
"Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell
you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt
you to believe that your critics are right. To map out a course of action
and follow it to an end requires...courage."
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803-1882, Poet and Essayist
He says, don't let our critics and naysayers divert your attention from
the most important of our work and objectives.

Hello Henry,
Thank you for giving me such advice, because sometimes the going
gets tough and other times the tough get going. It really is a challenge
to face all these problems which before I never knew existed. I will
do my best to follow this wonderful advice. We need encouragement
in these difficult times.. I wish things were different and we didn't
have to fight for our freedom.

Hello, K.,
It is unfortunate that we have to fight for liberty. But we lost
it and it is our duty to get it back.

*************************
There are many people who will take whatever of our things that we do not
guard. The theft of our liberty is a constant violence by our fellow Americans
who do not respect our "liberty property". They take our labor, when we
do not refuse them. They take our very lives when we do not resist them.
When we are hesitant, shy or careless, they are on the alert to take advantage
of our distraction.
Once lost, liberty is almost impossible to recover by peaceful means.
Those who steal it rabidly defend the "rightness of their ownership". They
create laws to protect our liberty from us, because in their minds, our
stolen liberty is now THEIR property. They succeed because we believe their
claim is true. "They stole it fair and square."
Most of us have ALWAYS asked for permission, license, paid fees, taxes,
and applied for permits to do ordinary things which free men and women
need no permission to do and have no common duty to pay for.
We are partners in the crime of the theft of our liberty. This must
change.
Thieves use legal and social advantage of the high ground of constitutionally
protected "owners rights" to deny the return of our stolen "liberty property"
when we make our demand. They claim moral, legal, ethical and religious
authority to rule our lives because they own our liberty to decide loyalty.
So, when someone tells you that you must have an ID card, or a Social
Security Number, or pay a fee or ask permission to use our common roads
and property, they are telling you that they own your property and your
liberty, which of course, means they are telling you that they own YOU.
THEY can tell YOU what you are allowed to do and what you are not allowed
to do and in any event, you may not deny their orders or act without their
permission.
That, my friend, is not liberty. It is not "paying your share". It is
not "to save the children." It is not to "protect the country", "to keep
the streets safe" nor is it for the "public welfare and security". It is
simple authoritarian tyranny.
This is conduct that we should condemn, resist and destroy.
We must fight. We have no alternative. So we now, late, begin to educate
and organize the fight. Our battlefield today is the field of public opinion,
our opposition are our families and neighbors. Our weapons, for now,
are our political processes.
Tomorrow, if we fail today, . . . if we fail, then we will
be forced to fight another life or death battle for liberty with the deadly
implements of war.
Pick a loyal President. Replenish the Congress with Patriots of Liberty
and the Constitution.
