Why am I a Belligerent?
***
A belligerent is an individual, group, country or other entity which acts in a hostile manner, such as engaging in combat.
Belligerent comes from Latin, literally meaning "to wage war".
Unlike the colloquial use of belligerent to mean aggressive,
its formal use does not necessarily imply that the belligerent is an aggressor.
Belligerency is a term used in international law to indicate the status of two or more entities,
generally sovereign states, being engaged in a war.
"Sovereign" indicates the ultimate power to decide, the authority to rule.
I am born a free man, a "sovereign" in my individual existence.
With respect to my society, I am of the body of Sovereign authority for self-governing of our free society.
We created the offices and institutions of our government to preserve our individual Rights, Liberty and Self-Determination.
The offices and institutions of governments established by our Founders continue today
only by the tolerance and permit of the Sovereign Body of our contemporary Citizens.
I am one of these, too.
The loyalty and conduct of our offices and institutions have become problematic, unreliable and dangerous.
Rebellion and insurrection prevail within our institutions and by our public offices.
Our public servants openly disparage our individual Rights deny our Liberty.
Our institutions and offices are contemptful of our authority, advice and instructions.
They openly defy our Declaration of Purpose and the terms of our Charters for Self-Governing.
In
brief, the people in whom we entrust our powers for self-governing
now defy our authority and usurp our powers.
They presume
to impose "structured liberty" of their own making to supplant our
Inherent Rights, Liberty and Self-Determination.
They presume "sovereignty" by adopting violent aggression opposing our will and our primary authority.
We are at war, not with out government, because we are the governmnet. The people within our government are at war with us.
It is violence by people in government service opposing the authority of persuasion by the Citizen Sovereignty.
Our servants oppose our authority with physical and credibly threatened violence.
Therefore, we are at war. Our True Sovereign Body opposing the aggression of the rebel's false presumption of Sovereignty.
I defend our fundamental principles of inherent individual Rights, Liberty and Self-determinination.
I defend the inherent Right of the Free Men and Women of a free soceiety to self-govern and seek self-determination.
I defend the proper services of our offices and institutions of the governments we have established to preserve our Rights.
I
defend the proposition that our govenments have no inherent powers,
possessing only those powers we have delegated to achieve our purpose.
I defend the proposition that our governments are our servants in all matters and that we owe government nothing.
I oppose, deny and defy any presumption of right to rule by the rebels who occupy our offices and institutions.
A Free People cannot be ruled and will not allow themselves to be ruled.
I am a belligerent by definition, by right, by necessity and by the terms of our Declaration and Constitution.
Belligerence is a fact, not a choice, nor does it occur by chance.
