The people of government fear liberty and the individual rights inherent in a Free People.

Liberty inhibits efficient government management of individual conduct and exercise of power for redistribution of labor, resources, wealth, movement and access.

To promote the will of the government over the will of the People for the conduct of general activity, purpose and goals of a society, it is necessary to remove power from the effective exercise of the Citizens.

Generations of clever government people have accomplished this goal by successful deceit, misdirection, obfuscation and establishment of public institutions for ignorance, obedience and dependence.
