Guiding Principles
What Motivates  Henry Nicolle, a state Citizen, as a Candidate for Congress?

Every argument and proposal offered in the Pages of this Website is derived from these guiding principles.

I believe this statement of fundamental truths -
"We hold these truths to be self-evident,
that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
I am convinced that the Sole and Complete Purpose for American Governing Institutions is clearly announced by our Unanimous Declaration of Independence, 228 years ago:
"That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted among Men,
deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed ... "
I am convinced that our form of government, defined by our Federal Constitution, is unique and valuable, but that our government has been diverted from that Constitution by a series of usurpations and without our consent. It is self-evident that insurrection rages within our governing institutions.

I am certain that preservation of our Liberty requires our urgent attention to government.

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends,
it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it,
and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form,
as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
Liberty is always dangerous and never gotten without cost.

The time for our duty to find and impose an Effective Remedy
is
NOW.
