These are the fundamental problems which bring me to ask your attention and assistance."It is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong."
- The people of our governments are in quiet insurrection. They disregard our constitutions, our laws and our ballots. They have silently altered our form of government without our consultation or consent.
- We have neglected our duty to be diligent, to monitor our representatives and servants and to enforce their obedience to our Constitutions. The result is that they now consider us to be a renewable body of resource, without any individual rights or collective powers that must be respected.
The results of these elemental observations are manifestly demonstrable:
- We have lost our liberty, our rights and our self-determination to the slow, but steady usurpation of individual rights, powers and liberty by insurrection in government.
First -
The initiation and conduct of our War on the Republic of Iraq is Treason!
Second -
Our criminal and unconstitutional War on Iraq is the first total War of Aggression in our history that we alone have initiated and waged for the purpose of conquering a People, removing their Government, seizing their resources and property and imposing foreign concepts for governing upon them by force of arms. This conduct is conquest, the bane of liberty.By initiating a war of aggression, we have violated the Law of Nations, our international agreements, our own Constitutional safeguards against unnecessary war and tyranny and our own statutes governing war-making and defining crimes of war.
The seizure of their property and resources is pure armed robbery.
The imposition of foreign principles for governing is the conduct of tyrants, not free people.
The death and destruction we have inflicted upon the Iraqi people are capital crimes.
The war is also intended to intimidate other people and governments than those which are directly affected. This war justly encourages our present and past victims to retaliate against us, in addition to our government whom we have not restrained. This policy of intimidation by proxy mandates preparation by prudent people and governments to reduce the possession of power and punish the ability to apply power by our country's government. These preparations must inevitably include covert acts of war here, upon our own families and children, comparable to that which we have done or threaten to do to theirs. These are the wages of unnecessary war that our leaders either do not comprehend or disregard. These are a part of the wages of war that our Constitution was created to prevent.
George Bush asserts to our own Citizens who object to his betrayal of our Constitution, "So what? - We have the power to do what we want to do and that is all the justification I need." His composite remark reeks with contempt for the People, for our Constitution and for the universal sentiment of our Declaration of Independence. This president is not the first to express contempt for our authority, but he is only the second to take us to war on his own, unlawful command. (Lincoln was the first.) In my studied opinion, George Bush and his co-conspirators are traitors and should be prosecuted under the constitutions of Texas and of the United States of America.
Remediation
George Bush's war of aggression and conquest signals the opening of an interminable "war on terrorism", the ugly step-sister sister of the failed "war on drugs". The forever-war policy has brought our country to the brink of extinction as a free, self-governed, tolerant People with law, not men as our guide.Only our concerted and dedicated return to constitutional governing methods can offer effective, practical and political remedies to the defects of leadership which allow the conduct of this criminal war and to temper just retribution upon us in our own states by the enemies our leaders are creating. Our federal officials must not be allowed to escape justice by claiming false immunities for official conduct. Treason carries a maximum penalty of death.
The least we must demand is the removal of false servants, remediation of our laws and policies and our own, individual, bold exercise of our rights and liberty, asserting our superior authority in self-government as our prophylactic against relapse to institutional malfeasance.
We are now among the most highly taxed, controlled and regulated People in the world.
We have an actual tax rate of nearly fifty percent of our labor and we are bullied into investing approximately two weeks per taxpayer each year keeping unnecessary records and filing taxation paperwork unsupported by any valid application of law. Confiscation of the fruit of our individual labor has the same effect as the confiscation of our bodies for the purposes of people in government. Whether taxation or conscription, the seizure of our labor is contrary to every right and liberty of life.Entitlements and aid are debilitating
In spite of the plethora of subsidies and entitlements offered to offset government dominance in our lives and interference in our finances, nearly a third of our people live in poverty and a similar portion are illiterate, ignorant and generally incompetent in spite of trillions of dollars spent in "education" and billions of hours of special studies and supplementary programs. Education in our society is vital, but it cannot be successfully achieved by force, coercion and centrally planned indoctrination. National planning policies do not conceive self-determination of individuals or of society to be in the interest of government.Nation of criminals
We hold in our jails and prisons fully 25% of the entire world's prisoners and we have the world's highest proportion of our population entangled in the criminal justice system. Some prisoners are held in secret, without counsel, without charges, without expectation of trial, and with no hope for release. We condone and approve corporal and emotional torture at home and abroad. We facilitate the transfer of prisoners to countries where extreme torture may be applied. Each common man and woman born today in our country has an 80% probability of incarceration during their lifetime. The likelihood of arrest already approaches 100%. Both of these statistics fall to low single digit probabilities for public officials and employees. In fact, public policies often exist which preclude police from citing or arresting public employees in order to reduce the costs of justice to the government, such as employee time lost addressing the requirements of the justice system, and to maintain comity between law enforcement and their government employee "brothers and sisters".
It is inconceivable that we can imprison 700,000 and more of our people year after year without also questioning the validity of our laws, of our law-enforcement policies, of the performance of our judicial institutions and of the general policies of the people in government regarding individual rights and liberty.
Money is not our problem.
Governments in our country own approximately 65% of all stocks and bonds held in America. Government indebtedness is running at about $35,000 per Citizen and is increasing explosively. Our governments each maintain two sets of accounts, one is the Budget of current accounts, the other is the Consolidated Annual Financial Report of off-budget assets, revenues and other resources. If the books were consolidated, taxes would not be necessary and a cash surplus would be available in every fiscal venue of government. The Federal Reserve Note is a critical problem
We have not used "money" for about forty years. We use Federal Reserve "Dollars", which are expressed either as currency or account entries. In either case, these "Dollars" do not exist except by someone borrowing. When the debt is repaid, the Federal Reserve "Dollars" expire. We do not have any "backing" for these "Dollars". When you consider that the only Federal Reserve "Dollars" which exist are those created to lend, you will immediately understand that there is no creation of "dollars" to pay the interest on the loans. The Federal Reserve "Dollar" is therefore inherently inflationary and also creates a cumulative debt that physically cannot be repaid, but which continues to accrue interest (additional debt). Regardless of the skill of the Federal Reserve Board and Chairman in manipulating the cash of our economy and the skill of our regulators in managing the industry of our country, the inflation and collapse of the Federal Reserve "Dollar" and all things based upon that "Dollar" are destined for disaster. This "Dollar" has been established, imposed and maintained by the federal government as the world's oil payment currency and primary currency for international settlements. This fact is a key factor in our federal government's foreign economic and war policies.Government of no rights -
Every right explicitly protected by our constitution has been negated by unconstitutionally drawn or unconstitutionally applied laws, regulations and policies of our governments. For example:
- We may not travel without government permission and payment of tribute.
- We do not "own" property, we lease "possessory use" rights with government permission and payment of tribute.
- We may not enjoy our common property of land, lakes, rivers, beaches and oceans without permission of government and payment of tribute.
- We may not use our labor, talent and wit to provide the necessary substance of life, shelter, clothing without permission of government and payment of tribute.
- Our wealth, our property and our liberty can be taken by government with no justification and no effective recourse.
- Our children can be taken from us by government without warrant, cause or effective recourse.
- We are spied upon, monitored and tracked without reason or recourse, and if some agent of government considers us a "person of interest", we may be kidnapped, secretly imprisoned without counsel, charges or trial, stripped of U.S. citizenship, mildly tortured and transferred to countries with fewer concerns for individual well-being than our own. These are acts of a criminal government .
If these examples are not incentive enough for you to consider actively defending your right to self-govern, I will present more, and with more detail in this website.
Our governing institutions are no longer our own.We have lost our liberty to govern. Our major elections are meaningless because our candidates are pre-determined and the clarion issues are immersed in fogs of diversion and misdirection.
Our ballots are virtually meaningless, soon they will have no value at all
Our future elections, if electronic in whole or in part, will remove any validity of counts corresponding to actual ballots. As Uncle Joe Stalin once said, "It is not the people who vote that count, but the people who count the votes." In every electronic tally, the results are what the counters declare. Receipts and paper trails cannot verify a valid or a fraudulent electronic declaration. We can still restore a full paper ballot with 100% monitoring, if we care.We are sued and harassed by our institutions
When we are finally so discouraged by the lack of attention to major issues by our representatives that we organize and pass direct legislation by initiative, the first people to sue us after the election are the people of our governing institutions and the first people to declare they will not obey our new law are our elected and appointed officials. These are overt acts of insurrection.People in government harvest the product of our labor and talent
These are the same people who have replaced liberty and rights with privileges granted and regulated by their hands. Heed their own terms for us! "Human Resources". "Human Capital", "Clients" and "Customers".Enough is enough!
I strongly recommend that you join me in taking offense at the presumptions implied by government policies utilizing these and similar terms.
My friends, I am no property or client of any public servant!
My labor is not a resource to be harvested as the wool of a sheep, nor is my life the raw material for government ambitions! You and I are the source of government.
The people in government are our servants, not our masters.
We are not the customers or clients of people in government.
To obey or to not obey is our right of liberty as the foundation law.
The people of government are the creations and servants of our law.Our betrayal by people in government continues and grows under bipartisan domination of our institutions.
This is TREASON!
Good Architects and Builders, Neglectful OwnersThe institutions of our federal and state governments are occupied by arrogant squatters. It is time for us to remove them.
We Have to Start Somewhere, Now!
I am only one Citizen, but that is a start for the necessary house-cleaning of our governments.Meeting of Minds and Purpose
I trust in the success of our republican form of self-government, but I am convinced that our fate as a free People or as a subservient population will be determined in the immediate and near future. The people of our government may be our family, friends and neighbors, (and we love them in their private capacities), but the they have become willing partners in the destruction of our liberty. They are trespassers upon our rights and thieves of our property and happiness.
It is our duty and our right to restrain them from their mischief, just as we would lovingly guide the conduct of our own children, to set them obediently back to their appointed tasks and good behavior.
A Place to Start
Yes, our situation is as bad as I claim. Now that you know where I stand, I ask that you stand with me in this fight to own our own future and to leave our future in liberty for at least our own children.
Get Involved - Help Me or Deny Me,Help me collect the necessary signatures to place my candidacy on the November Ballot, and in November, please vote for me to be our Representative. But please, DO NOT SIT IDLE, STUPID AND SENSELESS!Our duty does not end this November. Please visit this site again as I add extensive explanations and examples of insurrection and explain why we cannot tolerate what has been done to our liberty and our right to self-govern.
Whether in public office or in my private capacity, I will not tolerate insurrection in government and treason.
Yes, I care ... I care enough to fight.Where do you stand?Let me know...Thank you for visiting,Henry*****
