Corruption of Liberty by Regulation and Unlawful Policies:Liberty to travel? "Let me see your papers!"
(Voiding rights to travel freely and many other fundamental individual rights)Most laws and regulations pertaining to licensing and registering private travel and imposing insurance and other mandates upon private Citizens engaged in their private activities are crimes by people in government. Their governing authority does not extend to regulation of such private activity, or property.Miranda Warning, anyone?
(Voiding right to be free of unlawful arrest, right to public trial, right to counsel of choice, right to confront accuser, right to jury, right to be free of cruel and unusual punishment, etc.)Not when the President and courts claim public arrest, detention, counsel and trial are unnecessary interferences with the affairs of government. Our liberty to be free of seizure, detention, arrest or even disappearance is minimal. We can "use" property, but we cannot "own" property.
(Voiding rights to contract and to acquire, use and dispose of property)Our personal, real and financial property, has been converted to possession only, with the effect of ownership by conditional use, but not actual ownership. Property is now always subject to administrative seizure, confiscation and denial of access without notice or cause or legal process and with little recourse for recovery or compensation.Free People, "Wage Slaves" or Indentured Servants?
(Voids right to be free of taxation and regulation of essential rights)Our life time is taxed by the taxation of our earnings and thereby confiscated for the discretionary use by public servants. It isn't appropriate or lawful to tax the fruit of a Citizen's labor, because all he may derive from his existence is provided from the results of his mental and physical labor. If the government can successfully impound the first fruit of his labor, they can in the alternate, demand his direct presence and labor instead of the money. It is not the amount of tax or commandeered labor imposed on the worker's product that brings offense to the Free Man and Woman, but the conscription itself."Protective Services"
(Voids inherent right of familial association and substantive due process)Even our children and families are no longer safe and our own. At any moment, in any town, a family is now being destroyed by corrupt institutions and self-serving agents of childrens' protective services, family services and family probate systems. There are no more fully corrupted institutions in our land than these. As in the case of self-disciplining policies of officials and professionals, any crimes alleged by family protective services or of family protective services, or of probate should be initiated and adjudicated in the ordinary processes of law enforcement, prosecution and trial. Special processes of investigation, seizure, adjudication, prosecution, etc. are mere abuses of powers not delegated and these "special" processes are themselves criminal conduct.
Conclusions:
In short, our governments have evolved from their purpose of protecting the rights and liberty of the Citizens and the People, to protecting government people from any Citizen. They are willing to employ any tactic to preserve the power of their institutions and offices, including false accusations, false evidence, unlawful imprisonment, secret evidence, secret trials and hearings, and other, much less savory tactics, such as character assassination, violence and even murder. These crimes pass through our attention daily in fleeting headlines or transient reports on radio and television and immediately fade into the oblivion of forgotten discomforts. If we are not the immediate party being destroyed by some agent of government, we are as complaisant of the crimes and injustices of these social predators as any herd animal to the presence of predators.
This is not a desirable condition and we should neither defend it nor allow it to continue beyond our present time. In speaking with many people here in California and in other states, I believe that we have lost our taste for complacency and tolerance in the presence of government criminality.
I believe that we still have time and the ability to recover control of our threatening governing institutions, to shackle or replace our rebellious representatives, bring justice to our self-serving judiciary, to tame and discipline the enforcers of our laws and bring other antagonist officials, agents and bureaucracies to heel.
There are those who sincerely believe that their part in rebellion and burgeoning tyranny is simply the job they were hired to do and they may harbor no malicious thoughts or intentions. They enthusiatically destroy our society without misgiving or remorse and they anticipate no personal retribution. They should be wary of such careless assumptions.
I know there are many trustworthy and loyal, competent men and women among the many who have betrayed us. These people are accomplices by their silence in the presence or in thbeir personal knowledge of criminality, insurrection and sedition among their peers. They are required by oath, statute and common duty to report and to resist wrongdoing in government. When they make only a symbolic or no resistance to internal insurrection, sedition and crime, they are as guilty as the overt criminals.
I also understand that among those I paint with a broad brush of rebelliousness are those who simply are as ignorant as the general population of their status, authority and duties.
If the "innocent" stand idle and mute while their fellows plunder and terrorize, would any reasonable Citizen judge them separately? Or will we let them hang side by side as was their custom when they ran their little terrors?
For the true, the faithful, brave and competent, I applaud your diligence and ask for your continued service and assistance. We shall see this though, together.
But, I may be wrong. We may have to fight. Liberty, once lost, is rarely recovered without a fight.
My candidacy to serve as Representative to the Congress is my present contribution to avoid an ultimately armed conflict between those who would be free and those who would rule; to peaceably regain our liberty and free exercise of our natural rights, by working for the termination of unwanted and unauthorized government intrusions upon life, liberty, property and self-determination of the Citizens of California and of our sister states of the union.
