Casualty Reports
When I began this site, it was intended to expose the unlawful expense of American lives wasted
in the administration's pursuit of Empire, Oil, Profit and World Domination.
These were the first casualties of an invasion and undeclared war of conquest.
As President Bush stated, "What did Sadaam Hussein have to do with 9-11? Nothing!"
Now, our casualties include civilians.
The crimes of the Congress Courts and Executive include

the abandonment of the protections of the 4th , 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments
and now allow the kidnap, torture and murder of our Citizens without accusation, trial or recourse to Justice.

On 11 September, 2004 - I added a page here.
It has 1,000 photos and will take a few minutes to load.
You will find these faces familiar. They are our sons and daughters.
They are our friends and neighbors.
These are our Heroes.
I challenge ANYONE,
(Do you hear me on Capital Hill?)
to produce any authority in the federal Constitution
which empowers the Congress to abandon our authority to declare War
prior to instructing or tolerating the Executive to wage war.
The Executive has no independent authority to initiate or wage war
in the absence of the explicit declaration and instruction to do so
from the People via their Representatives
and the States via their Senators in Congress.
When does the shooting start?
