What is Henry Nicolle's Political Status and Outlook?

I am a Citizen of California, one of the union states of the United States of America.

I stand for individual rights and responsibility, liberty, equality and accountability.

George Washington was appointed General of the Continental Armies on the 2nd of July, 1775.

Our Indepedence was secretly Declared on the 4th of July a year later, in 1776.

Our bloody Revolution was fought to secure our inherent, individual rights and the liberty of their exercise.

Our federal Constitution of 1787 perfected our Union of States and established the governing institutions
to defend our rights and preserve our liberty.

Our governments have NO OTHER PURPOSE!

The test of our statutory law and judicial decisions resides in these simple questions:

• Does this law or decision defend individual rights?
• Does this law or decision preserve our liberty?
• Is there specific Constitutional authority to enact and enforce this law or decision?

To be law with our authority, these questions must all be answered "Yes"without exception, or it is no law at all.

Our Governing Institutions are dismal failures, if preservation of individual rights and liberty comprise the scale by which self-governing can be measured.

You and I are the true government. We can make and change every law. Therefore, we should respect the laws we create.

Our people in government do not have that privilege.  For them, our laws are all mandatory and unchangeable. While they serve, they are our created creatures and must obey our will and submit to our laws.

Today, our people in government respect neither law nor Citizen. They have forgotten that our purpose for their service is in the defense of our rights and the preservation of our liberty in self-determination as free individuals in a free society.

Instead, they manage, regulate, tax and subsidize our existence at gunpoint. The costs of this subjugation of our society are our rights, our liberty, our property and our lives.

With the commitment of our blood and property to our first preemptive war of aggression, invasion, occupation, conquest, domination and exploitation, the people of our government have traveled to where they are not allowed to go.

Our invasion of Iraq, our policy of preemptive war, our policies of detention of Citizens without accusation, trial or counsel, our policy of rendition of Citizens for the purpose of torture and other recent federal innovations, demonstrate that our Executive, Congress and Judiciary have successfully collaborated to abandon our Constitution and Laws, substituting personal rule by power, policy, command, and edict in their place.
