By "We the People", I mean... "We", the Citizens of our
great states, who have created our federal government, the "We", who have
delegated limited powers to our representatives, so that they may not undo
us in our own name, and the "We", who have placed great prohibitions upon
the exercise of our delegated powers, so that even We, the Great Majority
shall not undo ourselves by popular vote.... the "We", who have lent, not
surrendered our individual powers and so may withdraw our representatives
or authority from them as we please.
(Historically, withdrawal or delegated powers often happens abruptly
and unexpectedly.)
