Grand Deceptions and Treason

All laws, regulations and policies should be judged by the Citizens
against our purpose for governing:
"Does this law, etc. defend our individual rights and/or preserve our liberty?"
If it does not, it is not allowed, and it is no law at all.

Taxes on Citizens' Wages

(Refer to 16th Amendment, the Internal Revenue Service and the various State Franchise Boards and Boards of Equalization on "income tazes".).

The Imposition of  "Income" taxes which are applied to the product of the direct and lawful labor or intellect of the Citizen cannot be taxed or regulated by the government of a free People.

To permit such a tax permits also, with the same justification, the seizure of his labor, intellect or time for the convenience of the government.

This seizure is prohibited by the Declaration of Independence and confirmed by the 13th Amendment to the Constitution with the exception of Article IV, section 2, paragraph 3 and other prohibitions by the federal Constitution.

These prohibitions are imposed on the Federal government and the State governments alike.

"Mandatory automobile insurance"

Mandatory participation in commercial contracts is permissible only for lawfully regulatable activities. State governments gain hundreds of billions of dollars in off-budget assets and billions of dollars in off-budget revenues by unlawfully imposing and enforcing mandatory contracts.

The insurance and finance industries in states where mandatory insurance contracts are imposed also benefit by the imposition of a mandatory client base and below-market financing from government off-budget operations.

Mandatory insurance is unrelated to costs of government, public safety or public health. Mandatory insurance is a cash-cow and guarenteed investment for government, insurance and finance. In most cases, the three are composed of interlocking boards and stock holdings.

Federal substitutes for Constitutional agencies

"United States Postal Service" substitute for the "Post Office of the United States"

Incorporated, for profit entities which substitute for lawful government agencies are created with purposes to enable conduct denied the government in their lawful form.

"United States District Courts" substitute for the "District Courts of the United States"

U.S. District Courts are territorial courts of the United States, with no authority within the states.
